My stay at the hotel was a great experience overall! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, although a bit musty. The service was top-notch with staff going out of their way to help us, although at times they seemed lazy. The location was convenient with easy access to necessary products, close to good restaurants, and felt like a home-away-from-home. The dining options were excellent, just remember to go prepared. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, offering a range of amenities.

My stay at the hotel was emotional as I was there for a funeral trip. The room had an ice maker that was always turned off because the fridge was too loud. There was a funky odor when we first walked in. The service was a mix of not helpful but then fabulous, with friendly and helpful staff.
